Future Inns Residential Block Clean

Ramora have a long standing relationship with Future Inn's and when asked to look at the residential block for the Managing Director, we were happy to look at possible solutions.
The biggest challenge we faced was to use a piece of access equipment that was cost effective and also gave the maximum amount of access to all areas of the building. We had several constraints, the property being on the river front, adjacent buildings, raised flower beds and sloping ground.
We had the assistance of our access company in providing a small truck mount access machine to overcome the challenges we faced. The property had traditional stone window sills and a sandstone render. The contract was completed in three days, working during the day to ease any worries from the residents concerning noise. The response from the client was extremely positive, stating "thank you for a job well done".
Because of what we have achieved the client is now looking to have the building cleaned on a regular basis due to traffic grime build up due to its city centre location.
